Whilst walking my dog Fin, I found an odd sock on the pavement, I took it home, with the idea to wash it and put it in the clothes recycling. As I walked home a storyline came to mind. I am very open to having the opportunity of working with an author/publisher to develop this story further.
Storyline: A small abandoned sock was rescued by a kind lady. Who took it home, washed it, and sent it to a war-torn county where she knew children had lost limbs and needed odd socks. Small sock befriended a young boy and convinced him to collect socks for his friends who had been injured! The young boy finally meets the lady who sent the sock and they started a charity to help more children, 'Small Sock' became the charity's name.
The lady and her dog find odd sock and took it home.
