Hello! I'm Flo Woolgar Barrington, an Illustrator/Designer living in Saltdean, East Sussex. UK
The sea and coastline are a constant source of inspiration for me, as seen in the range of my illustrations and designs. I care deeply about the marine and land environments, this is reflected in the two children’s books I have written and illustrated/designed - self-published. I have further developed the skills I cultivated in a career in graphic design, and have expanded these into a unique illustration style using tissue paper. I now work on a variety of projects and commissions incorporating vivid textured playful designs suitable for Children's stories and picture books as well as editorial illustration.
I have created collections of greeting cards and prints. These illustrations all show my love of both the marine and liminal as well as the terrestrial worlds and reflect too my humorous perspective of the world at large.
